The Weekly MMA Technique is back. This week's technique is the triangle choke. The triangle was first developed by the Kamakura samurai back in the 13th century. You will this technique used a lot in UFC, Dream, and BJJ matches. Here are some useful videos I found online. I would like to say a huge thank you to folks at Submissions 101: your videos are awesome and I improved my game by leaps and bounds.

Dining Dojo is now launching another new feature, the Weekly MMA Technique. These techniques are taken from Youtube. Check out BJJ Weekly or Submissions 101 for some killer techniques. This week I am featuring videos on how to incorporate Judo into BJJ. Not all judo techniques are designed for BJJ and vice versa. These are some videos on how to take a judo technique and use it in BJJ.

Hey Everyone,
I am launching a new weekly feature on this blog. I will be putting videos from some of my favorite shows on food or the martial arts for your viewing pleasures. Most of these videos are taken from Youtube.
The first food show I want to feature is Jamie Oliver's 30 Minute Meals. Jamie makes meals that can be completed within a half an hour. I love to take ideas from this show and tweak them in my own style of cooking.

Jamie's Rib Eye Stir Fry
There are more of these videos on Youtube. Enjoy and Start Cooking.
