Recently, I have been very interested in making cocktails and, also, how drinks pair with different types of foods. One day, I was searching Youtube for cocktail recipes. I ran across a great channel called "Small Screen Network". This channel provides different shows focusing on many different topics that are related to food.
If you are looking for a fun interesting history lesson on how cocktails came into the world, you should check out "The Cocktail Spirit with Robert Hess". Also, there is a great show called the "Liquid Kitchen" in which showcases how you create cockails from food. Plus if you are into molecular gastronomony, you should check out "Rising the Bar".
After watching a few shows, you will definately be moved to make different cocktails, and you will also know the history behind the drink.
